As the Finance Operations Data and Business Analyst, you will support the Senior Finance Operations Manager with building out data framework and governance, creating and implementing PowerBI Dashboard Reporting and driving efficiency across our Finance Operations to automate and streamline our operations. Create greater efficiency and help build a high-performance team across our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Billing, Refunds, and Interline Operations teams.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or relevant discipline with 3-5 years relevant experience
  • You’ll have experience working with an outsourced BPO provider
  • Experience working with ERP systems i.e. Oracle Financials
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Dataflows)
  • Leverage your understanding of systems and integrations to streamline our Finance Operations to support our business objectives
  • Motivated self-starter with questioning mind/ analytical skills
  • A customer-centric, proactive work ethic with a strong continuous improvement focus
  • Strong ability to influence, cross-culturally, externally and internally and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Attention to detail, working with large volumes of complex data
