As the Product Strategy & Project Manager, Ancillary Revenue, you will drive the strategic direction of new initiatives, help define product strategies, and build compelling business cases grounded in data and commercial insights. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll break down ambitious opportunities into actionable plans, oversee end-to-end product development, and guide products through the Product Development Framework. With a focus on cross-functional collaboration, you’ll align stakeholders and ensure customer-centric solutions are at the core of every initiative. 

This role will also see you lead the project lifecycle for a diverse portfolio, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining rigorous risk management and change processes. You’ll foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence across project teams, ensuring continuous improvement and high-impact outcomes.  

Key responsibilities of this role include:  

  • Drive the strategic direction of new product initiatives while leading the day-to-day delivery. 
  • Develop robust business cases backed by research, data and commercial insight to drive our roadmaps. 
  • Guide products through the Product Development Framework; collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and driving customer-centric solutions which address business needs. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of products  
  • Lead and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, requirements, and budget. 
  • Implement project management methodologies to maintain and enhance project delivery. 
  • Align teams and stakeholders around a shared vision and roadmaps, with excellent negotiation skills. 
  • Ensure projects are on track, delivery meets timelines, issues are managed or escalated, and quality meets expectations. 
  • Ensure KPIs are setup, tracked, reported on, and communicated to stakeholders.  
  • Contribute to team culture, ensuring it continues to be a great environment to work in.  

To be successful in this role, you we are looking for a combination of some of the following skills, qualifications and experience:  

  • 5+ years’ experience in product development, strategy, or management, ideally in Tech, Retail, Financial Services, Loyalty, or Travel. 
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in busy, fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities. 
  • Track record of managing significant projects, including business analysis, change management, and successful execution. 
  • Skilled at navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders, managing trade-offs, and resolving conflicts effectively. 
  • Strong background in project management methodologies, tools, and technologies, with experience in vendor management and RFI/RFP processes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create product proposals and business cases based on data, research, and insights. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships at all levels, including executive stakeholders. 
  • A proactive, self-starter who thrives in identifying and addressing challenges, working autonomously while knowing when to seek situational support.
