Our HRBP Team put our people at the heart of everything that we do. They love to collaborate with leaders to ensure that capability, development and engagement of our people are front of mind in all decision making. People Services, Payroll & Systems
Our People Services, Payroll, and Systems Team is a diverse team dedicated to supporting a range of HR activities. They play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll, providing customer service to our people, maintaining HRIS data, producing people metrics, and providing access to online learning and reward systems.
Employee Relations
Our Employee Relations Team are our go to advisors on all things employment agreements, bargaining and employment law. They love to share their knowledge and build capability in our leaders, whether it be providing expertise coaching or delivering a training session. Our ER Team are an analytical, pragmatic bunch, skilled at practically resolving challenges and delivering positive ER initiatives that keeps us on track for growth.
