Cabin Crew

Take to the sky professionally

Your opportunity to takeoff

Love travel and meeting new people? You’re in the right place. As a team, we’re lucky we get to do both for a living.  Surrounded by a team who loves to see others soar, we create great passenger experiences, touch the sky professionally, and bring holiday vibes to every flight.

Our Cabin Crew are our problem solvers, holiday makers and hosts-with-the-most.  They're an integral part of our safety delivery and make our customer experience better by being their naturally confident, travel loving selves.

Fly into your new role

As Jetstar Cabin Crew, every flight is a chance for adventure and to make people happy. You'll love greeting our passengers as much as you love working with your crew. You'll be conducting safety briefings, making sure everyone onboard is hydrated and fed, and bring the fun along for the ride. You'll be warm if it gets icy, cool-headed under pressure, and ready to handle any destination unknown.

Your next adventure

Keen to join our Cabin Crew Team? You don't need any aviation experience.  We're after customer service superstars with 1+ years experience.  You'll be happy to work on a shift roster with flexible hours.  You'll be fit and healthy, able to swim and tread water.  Do you speak a second language?  Let us know, as this may provide you with a unique advantage that is reflected in your remuneration.

Takeoff with Training

Before you join us in the air, we'll get you prepped and ready to fly with Ground School Training. You'll learn key safety procedures, including how to operate the aircraft door and various equipment, including the aircraft slide descent and fire equipment.  You'll also perform a wet drill activity, where you'll need to swim 50m in full clothing whilst wearing a life jacket. You'll have to pass your exams to graduate - the last stop before you get your wings!
