We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Pricing & Revenue Analyst. In this role, you will execute pricing strategies and tactics to maximize revenue on assigned network portfolio. Recommend optimal pricing models considering market performance, competitor environment and brand strategy. You will be responsible for recommending optimal pricing models by integrating insights and validate commercial robustness through comprehensive market research, data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position requires adherence to established pricing decision governance to ensure consistency and compliance in our pricing strategies.

The core responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Achieve targeted revenue and profitability goals through effective pricing tactics and collaboration with various teams
  • Conduct extensive market research and data analysis to inform pricing recommendations and propose continuous improvements in pricing methodologies and tools.
  • Effectively manage relationships within revenue management team and other internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute robust pricing models that incorporate market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis and generate detailed reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

To be considered, key skills will include: 

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management revenue optimisation roles
  • Experience working with and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience in data-driven pricing and revenue management within the airline/travel industry
  • Strong quantitative skills including data analysis, modelling, forecasting
  • Proficient in leveraging pricing optimisation tools and techniques (dynamic pricing, yield management, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders
  • Skilled in project management, process improvement, and change management
  • In-depth understanding of airline commercial functions, operations, and industry dynamics
  • Understanding of financial and margin analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices
